This page is stir-fried eggplant!!
Stir-fried fish cake and stir-fried anchovies are side dishes I often eat, but I rarely eat stir-fried eggplant.
The reason is because my wife doesn't like eggplant very much. I like it, but she doesn't like it.
So I prepared it~
Super simple side dish stir-fried eggplant!! Shall we look at the ingredients?
Ingredients: 2 eggplants, 1 paprika, 1 onion, 1 clove of minced garlic, starch syrup, sesame seeds.
Cut the eggplant in half and slice diagonally.
Each person who cooks eggplants uses different shapes. I just cut it diagonally with ease.
Add everything and stir-fry hard! I added the paprika later.
Ah... I didn't take the last photo of the stir-fried eggplant;;; I can't help it...haha Just like the previous two stir-frys, just add starch syrup and sesame seeds at the end and mix well.
Ta-da~ How is it so far? It’s so easy to make a side dish, right? Our house can last for 2-3 days with this. Since we both earn a double income, we only eat dinner at home. I can live without worrying about side dishes for 2-3 days~ haha.
